Getting There

Vendor Arrival Instructions

Follow these steps for a smooth arrival and setup experience

Parking & Unloading

  • Park in the main hotel parking area at Aliante Casino
  • You may pull up briefly near the front entrance to unload (do not block traffic)
  • After unloading, move your vehicle to a designated parking space
  • Bring items inside (carts/rolling bags recommended)

Walking to the Ballroom

  • Enter through the hotel front entrance
  • Check in with registration staff upon arrival
  • Follow signage directing you to the ballrooms / meeting rooms
  • Our team will be available to guide you if needed

Important Reminders

  • Do NOT leave vehicles unattended in loading areas
  • Do NOT block lanes or fire lanes
  • Allow extra time for parking and walking
  • Please be fully set up before event start

Booth Setup

  • Bring your own marketing materials, signage, and setup items
  • Bring extension cords if electricity is required
  • Displays must remain within your assigned space
  • Do not block aisles or neighboring vendors
