Event Schedule
9:45 AM
Arrive during the designated setup window and check in with registration staff at the hotel front entrance.
All vendors should be fully set up at least 30 minutes before the event begins.
1:00 PM
Doors open to attendees. Engage, connect, and make the most of the expo!
Remove all materials and leave your booth space clean.
Vendor Arrival Instructions
Follow these steps for a smooth arrival and setup experience
Parking & Unloading
- Park in the main hotel parking area at Aliante Casino
- You may pull up briefly near the front entrance to unload (do not block traffic)
- After unloading, move your vehicle to a designated parking space
- Bring items inside (carts/rolling bags recommended)
Walking to the Ballroom
- Enter through the hotel front entrance
- Check in with registration staff upon arrival
- Follow signage directing you to the ballrooms / meeting rooms
- Our team will be available to guide you if needed
Important Reminders
- Do NOT leave vehicles unattended in loading areas
- Do NOT block lanes or fire lanes
- Allow extra time for parking and walking
- Please be fully set up before event start

Distribute Easter Eggs
Vendors may receive Easter eggs to distribute at their booth
One Egg Per Attendee
Only ONE egg per attendee per table to ensure fair participation
Sign the Card
When giving out an egg, please sign or mark the attendee's card to track participation
This activity encourages attendees to visit all vendors, boosting engagement for everyone!

Vendors are highly encouraged to wear Easter-themed attire:
- Pastels, bunny ears, spring outfits
- Fun, welcoming, seasonal vibes
Vendors who embrace the theme typically see higher engagement and more leads!
Booth Setup
- Bring your own marketing materials, signage, and setup items
- Bring extension cords if electricity is required
- Displays must remain within your assigned space
- Do not block aisles or neighboring vendors

All raffle items will be collected during setup and placed at the raffle table near the main stage.
Vendors who contribute a raffle item will receive access to guest registration data for follow-up and marketing opportunities.
